An award-winning property company with a fantastic reputation in the housing industry is looking for an experienced New Home Sales and Marketing professional to join their growing team.

Reporting to the Director of Development and working alongside a cohort of other Heads of Service in the Directorate your key responsibilities are:

  • Leading high performance in the team

  • Being innovative and aspirational in the market positioning of the company

  • Leading the sales, resales and asset management disposal functions

  • Leading branding, PR and marketing functions

  • Positioning the company as sector leader

  • Developing and maintaining key stakeholder positions

The role is highly influential within the wider Development team with an important role to play in the future delivery of new homes for sale; these sales support the organisation's aspirational Development Strategy.

The ideal candidate will posses:

  • Proven experience in a property sales management role, in the private and affordable sales sectors (essential)

  • Experience as a sales leader with a background in housebuilding, housing association or development

  • Demonstrable commercial acumen

  • Ability to adapt well to a constantly growing and evolving business

  • Knowledge of shared ownership as a product and ideally enthusiasm for what this product offers to buyers

  • Demonstrable experience of formulating and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies and a

  • Track record of leading and developing sales teams, enabling them to consistently achieve their targets.

  • Experience of marketing, PR and branding (essential)

  • Degree level qualification or relevant professional membership (desirable)

Salary and benefits:

  • Circa £68,000 - £70,000

  • Competitive pension
