Are you a client focused individual with experience working within Real Estate?

I am working with an Estate Agent currently looking for an Office Coordinator. They have multiple sites across London and currently looking for a detailed administrator to join their team.

Core Responsibilities

  • Reception duties: met and greet, making refreshments for visitors.
  • Office operations, ensuring the office is kept tidy and presentable, ordering stationary and other office suppliers.
  • Answering the telephone and directing queries to the appropriate person.
  • Liaising with relevant suppliers, contracts, third parties, and building relationships with local estates agents.
  • Administration duties such as scanning and photocopying of documentation.
  • Invoicing and bookkeeping.
  • Sending monthly billing reports to Central Office.

Personal Specification

  • Previous experience working within an office or administrative role.
  • Ideally Estate agent or Real Estate background
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office, Word, and any CRM system.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Professional and clear communication skills
  • Reliable and enthusiastic nature with a strong passion for the companies brand and image
