On-boarding & Mobilisation Manager

Based London

I'm working with one of the UK's largest and leading residential landlords and together we're looking to speak with experienced property professionals that have a strong background in on-boarding new developments from scratch and working closely with other internal teams to implement and oversee procedures throughout new PRS sites in London.

In this role you'll be heavily involved in maximising the assets of the company's portfolio throughout London, whilst also maximising the experience for the customer. This is an excellent opportunity to move into a sector like Build To Rent which is helping shape the skyline of cities across the world.

Attributes required:

• The ability to work closely with other teams to accurately produce budgets for each development

• Strong and up to date knowledge of the build to rent sector

• An understanding of how to maximise the asset's value

• Previous line management experience

• Excellent mobilisation experience, working with new build developments

• Confidence in report writing and delivering presentations on areas of improvement
