Operations Manager

I'm currently working on behalf of one of Hampshire's leading block management agents, and together we're looking for an experienced block management professional to take a step up in their career and help with the progression of the company and help grow their current brand.

This is an excellent role for a Block Manager that would like to make a move away from solely portfolio management and would like to be more heavily involved in the operations of the company. In this role you will be given the opportunity to work on several internal functions of the business such as working closely with the directors when it comes to pitching for new business, improving company policies and procedures for both staff and clients, overseeing the daily portfolio management of the internal team.

Attributes required:

• Up to date ARMA regulation knowledge.

• Previous experience in managing properties in the South Coast.

• Have used Qube software.

• The ability to oversee Section 20 works.

• Previous line management desirable.

• Strong business acumen.
