Cobalt is working alongside one of the UK's leading property companies looking for an Operations Manager in the West London area to manage both commercial and retail assets which are currently undergoing major refurbishments due to heavy investment by the client.
This is an opportunity to join a forward-thinking company and hit the ground running with a busy portfolio. There will be a clear progression plan from day one to either Senior Building Manager or Director status.
Responsibilities for the role:
Provide support and advice to the Operations Team make recommendations where necessary to operational policies, guidelines, and training.
Lead the procurement/tender process for soft FM services.
Oversee the management of the shopping centre retail & commercial assets.
Assist with the onboarding and training of Property Managers.
Requirements for the role:
Both commercial and retail management experience in a similar capacity
Experience in management of both soft and hard FM service contractors
Experience in the management of a car park as well as a shopping centre asset.
IOSH or NEBOSH qualified
