Pan-European Acquisition Manager

A leading provider of boutique apart-hotel and serviced accommodation is currently seeking a Senior Acquisition Manager to join their fast growing team.

You will be responsible for originating and securing new development opportunities, through identifying and reviewing new acquisitions across the European markets.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a non-corporate organisation that is looking to rapidly expand their portfolio across the UK and Europe in new and exciting gateway cities. Their growth is a result of private equity backing, so they have plenty of investment to deploy.

Key requirements:

• Degree or Masters qualified.

• pan-European real estate acquisition and development experience.

• Experience working in the hotels, apart-hotels, flexible working or hospitality sector.

• Fluent in English plus Dutch, French or German.

• Excellent communication skills.

This role will be home based but the preferred candidate will already live in either Belgium, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, France or Germany and will have the ability to travel across Europe regularly.
