Part Qualified Commercial Surveyor

Cobalt are delighted to be working with a thriving independent practice as they continue to expand in Cheshire. They offer expert advice across a wide range of surveying services to an ever increasing client base. There is now an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and ambitious part qualified or newly qualified Commercial Surveyor to join the friendly team.

Day to day the role will involve a fascinating variety of property management, lease advisory and valuation skills and offers an excellent opportunity to gain the experience required to successfully pass the APC. Alternatively applications are also welcomed from recently qualified applicants who are looking for a varied caseload and do not want to become too specialised at an early stage of your career.

Successful applicants will be encouraged and supported to progress professionally so they can eventually work confidently with the minimum of supervision and their own clients.
