Part-time Office Administrator
3-Month FTC
£19K - £22K per annum

Are you a bright and confident individual, looking to work within an established professional services firm in Central London?

I am working with a well-known company that provide administrative and financial assistance to real estate and private equity funds. They have a large team based in Central London and are currently seeking an Office Administrator to join their busy team and assist the Directors and wider team with administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities;

  • Assist in the day-to-day running of the firm, working alongside the wider team

  • Processing invoices for the London and Southampton offices

  • Providing support to Directors, as needed

  • Distributing post between the clients and the admin team

  • General office management tasks; stationary checks, etc.

  • Health and safety management

  • Meeting room organisation/management

  • Work closely with the social committee to organise various events

  • Assist the team with their expenses

Key skills;

  • Ambitious, personable, and self-motivated

  • Strong communicator, both verbally and written, with good use of grammar and spelling

  • Ideally have previous office-based work experience

  • Great organisational skills

  • Self-sufficient in terms of dealing with issues

  • Efficient in using Word, PowerPoint, Office, and Excel
