Part-time Office Administrator
£19K - £22K per annum
Are you a bright and confident individual, looking to work within an established professional services firm in Central London?
I am working with a well-known company that provide administrative and financial assistance to real estate and private equity funds. They have a large team based in Central London and are currently seeking an Office Administrator to join their busy team and assist the Directors and wider team with administrative tasks.
Assist in the day-to-day running of the firm, working alongside the wider team
Processing invoices for the London and Southampton offices
Providing support to Directors, as needed
Distributing post between the clients and the admin team
General office management tasks; stationary checks, etc.
Health and safety management
Meeting room organisation/management
Work closely with the social committee to organise various events
Assist the team with their expenses
Ambitious, personable, and self-motivated
Strong communicator, both verbally and written, with good use of grammar and spelling
Ideally have previous office-based work experience
Great organisational skills
Self-sufficient in terms of dealing with issues
Efficient in using Word, PowerPoint, Office, and Excel
