In-house Planning Advisor

Salary dependent upon experience

Cobalt is proud to be working closely with their client to bring an experienced and tech-minded Planner to their growing consultancy.

The business is renowned for providing digital real estate consultancy services and has experience of adding value to major developments across London on behalf of an impressive and varied client base. The in-house Planner would not be tasked with your traditional responsibilities when it comes to putting together planning applications and assisting clients in assessing the suitability of sites, but working with consultants and developers to demonstrate how the consultancy can add value and benefit their planning process through digital means.

The ideal in-house Planning Advisor will have a demonstrable track record of involvement with challenging projects across London or the wider UK and will be someone who has a real appreciation for the role of technology in improving our planning system and the planning process. You must also be an excellent communicator who will be engaging with developers and consultants throughout the process whilst also regularly engaging with colleagues whose skills span the real estate and tech sectors.
