An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Planner to take a lead role within a growing planning team that forms part of a property consultancy.
With a growing workload that includes impressive residential, commercial and education schemes across London the consultancy requires an individual capable of assisting on large-scale schemes and managing small to medium-scale projects independently.
Our client has a great reputation nationally for their success across the property sector and you will join a strong national planning team that shall provide plenty of opportunities for you to progress. Your workload will include managing projects, overseeing junior members of the team, assisting in the winning of new business and maintain strong client relationships.
The ideal Principal / Associate Planner will have demonstrable experience of managing their own workload and projects effectively and will be a confident communicator capable of engaging with clients, colleagues and planning officers throughout the planning process. Chartered RTPI membership is essential.
