Cobalt is once again delighted to be supporting a well-respected Facilities Management and Project Management Software provider. Due to the business's ambitious growth plans over the course of the next 2 years, where they will be partnering with large-scale retailers and government entities, they are looking for an ambitious and adaptable Product Onboarding Consultant to help the business achieve its lofty ambitions.
Role Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to understand their specific business needs and objectives.
Develop customised implementation plans tailored to each client's requirements.
Conduct comprehensive training sessions for client stakeholders on the use of the CAFM software.
Configure the software to align with client workflows and operational processes.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to clients during the onboarding phase.
Work closely with internal teams, including sales, development, and support, to address client feedback and enhance the software's functionality.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in facility management and CAFM software.
Role Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in implementing and onboarding CAFM software solutions.
Strong understanding of facility management principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels of the organisation.
Technical proficiency in CAFM software systems, including configuration and troubleshooting.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Certification in facility management (e.g., CFM, IFMA) is a plus
