About the company

You will be working for a property build & maintenance contractor, based in North London. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to start their career in the construction industry, or perhaps already has existing knowledge in the sector.

About the role

You'll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless construction project execution. Collaborating with project teams and tenants to meet contractor objectives on time and within budget.

Your day-to-day duties may include:

• Acting as a central point of contact for project stakeholders (clients, tenants, site staff)

• Maintaining accurate project records and ensuring regulatory compliance

• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, assisting with H&S files etc

• Liaising with tenants, keeping them updated with the schedule of works etc

About you

Ideally, you will have:

• Prior knowledge in a role within the construction industry

• UK driving license & your own vehicle (non essential)

• Strong communication skills

• Strong organisational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft software
