An award winning Yorkshire based Property Investment and Development business with a substantial commercial property portfolio has an exciting role available for an ambitious Project Manager to join the in-house team.

Working closely with both public and private sector partners, the team are involved with projects across the full spectrum of commercial property including logistics, retail and leisure and city centre offices.

This is a varied and challenging role to deliver a diverse pipeline of projects in the Yorkshire region and support the growth of the business. You will have direct responsibility for the appointment of professional teams through to contractor engagement and project delivery/completion.

Applications will be considered from Project Managers with a relevant construction related degree and a proven track record in the delivery of major mixed use regeneration projects gained within an Advisory firm or possibly another development company.
