£225-£250 LTD Day rate (inside IR35, via umbrella company)

Cobalt is working with a NHS Trust in Oxfordshire to recruit an interim Project Manager, paying £225-£250 per day LTD rate (inside IR35, via an umbrella company).

Our client is looking for someone to be a key member of the estates and facilities senior management team; with responsibility for ensuring that those operational capital projects allocated to them are designed in accordance with statutory requirements, regulations and guidance; and delivered in accordance with the agreed programme.

You will have/be:

  • Responsible for communications relating to estate management with service managers, trust employees, and, when required, external and internal auditing and authorised bodies.

  • Have a background in QS, Service Engineering or Architectural/Building Surveying.

  • Support the Senior Estates and Facilities Manager to establish and nurture effective working relationships and partnerships with service managers and clinical leads throughout the Trust; including specialist advisors.

  • Responsible for the delivery of operational capital schemes, and ensuring that their delivery is safely and effectively managed, and that works undertaken are of suitable quality.

  • Have Detailed knowledge of HTM/HBN requirements in relation to design and construction.

  • Able to demonstrate expert knowledge of all aspects of design, including basic electrical and engineering design.

  • Experience of Project work working in a hospital setting across a number of areas.

  • The ability and willingness to travel to client sites as required within and beyond Trust boundaries.

  • An accomplished leader as you will have some line management responsibility.

  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
