Location - Hampshire

Salary - £40,000 - £50,000 + an excellent package

Our client is looking for an experienced Project Planner to join an established building contractor covering the South and South West of England on projects ranging from £1m - £20m.

​

The company covers all construction industry sectors delivering new build and refurbishment projects ranging from but not limited to;

• Turn-key Healthcare and Medical Facilities

• Residential Developments (private & affordable)

• Commercial Buildings (including car showrooms and offices)

• Leisure Facilities (including hotel and holiday accommodation)

• Listed Building and Heritage Projects

• Industrial Units

• Education Buildings

• Retail Units

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities;

• Review tender documentation to assess build ability and prepare robust tender programmes

• Produce initial logistics and site establishment layout plans for tender submissions

• Development of programmes, sequencing, method statements

• Progress monitoring

• Review compensation events and variations to assess delay

• Produce effective reports and analysis to assist in extension of time requests

• Develop as built programmes during the projects life cycle

• Provide planning support to site teams
