My client has a prestigious reputation as a market leader in the property sector and is seeking a talented Property Accountant to join their team.

Ensuring all properties, both existing and new acquisitions, are correctly set up, apportioned and maintained across rents and service charges
Raising service charge and rent demands in a timely manner, on a monthly and quarterly basis
Liaising with tenants regarding queries and ensuring charges are clearly communicated and understood
Reviewing the income vs budget accounts across all properties, and ensuring all discrepancies are amended and reconciled
Presenting at company wide meetings to communicate the finance outcome of the collected charges on a quarterly and annual basis
Knowledge of a property management system such as TRAMPS, Qube or MRI advantageous
Confident in communicating important data to internal and external team members and tenants
A fast learner with a proactive approach to tasks and new challenges
