I am working on an exciting opportunity to work for a leading, well established property service company based in London. They are looking to take on an Alternations Administrator to work closely with their leasehold management team.
This role will require you to process consents relating to the sale of properties and changes to lease terms in both residential and commercial title documents, collect fees for services for landlords, deal with legal enquiries relating to the sale of existing leasehold properties as well as protecting the rights of landlord clients.
Produce accurate information and reports for weekly/monthly meetings.
Administering the Landlord's requirements as part of sales, transfers, re-mortgages and consent applications relating to our customers' properties
Liaise with solicitors and enders during the conveyancing process, transfers, sales and remortgages
Interpret and understand legal documents to ensure the relevant covenants relating to assignment, sales and re-mortgages are complied with.
Key skills/ experience:
High level of customer service
Ability to show an understanding of and commitment to property services as well as managing Landlord and Tenant relationships
Knowledge and understanding of the legal requirements applicable to the transfer and mortgage of Leasehold and Freehold property
Ability to work in a varied and demanding role with appropriate supervision.
