Property Asset Manager (Surveyor - Senior Surveyor)

A London based real estate surveying firm are seeking a Chartered Surveyor/Senior Surveyor to join their Professional Property and Asset Management team.

You will be responsible for supporting the Head of Property Asset Management in undertaking instructions from a range of clients across their commercial portfolios.

Key Property Asset Management Responsibilities include:

  • Manage and monitor commercial portfolios.

  • Undertake landlord and tenant work, including rent reviews, lease renewals, re-gears etc.

  • Prepare and monitor service charge budgets.

  • Conduct property inspections and identify where improvements can be made and value added.

  • Regular client reporting.

  • Carry out rent collections and arrears.

  • Generate and maintain excellent working relationships with clients and key partners.

Key Property Asset Manager requirements:

  • Degree or Masters in Real Estate.

  • Member of RICS is preferred or part-way through APC (they can offer APC support).

  • Proven commercial real estate experience.

  • Excellent communication and written skills.

Salary from £35,000 - £50,000 per annum.

Office based in Central London.
