Property Management Accountant - Part time
London
£42k-48k - Pro-Rata
We are working alongside a successful boutique Real Estate Investment company who are looking to expand their business. They are looking for a part time Property Management Accountant to join their exceptional team. The successful individual will be working closely with the Directors and very experienced employees in the field. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who would like to work on a flexible basis. This role will be remote based, but will require some travel into a central London office once a month.
The Role:
Processing service charge calculations and bank reconciliations
Responsible for the treasury side of the portfolio and overseeing the rent collection
Carry out accounting duties across commercial portfolios
Liaising with the groups accountant on VAT returns
Work alongside the Directors on the portfolio performance
Making sure the portfolio's accounting software is up to date
Ensure vendor payments through their online banking system
The Personal Specification:
Strong understanding of Property Management accounting, having previously worked in a similar role
Property management system exposure i.e., Yardi, Prop Man etc
Have a proactive approach and want to work in a small team
Strong attention to detail and able to get on with their work independently
Open to a flexible working
