Cobalt are delighted to be partnering with a leading Property Management firm based in Manchester. They are looking to hire a Property Manager to work for a growing subsidiary of the business.
The role will include the below:
Provide a high-quality and professional service to all customers, ensuring sufficient customer satisfaction
Attend and arrange AGM's and visits as and when required
Prepare and monitor budgets, service charge accounts, Section 20 consultations
Take a lead on planning Major Works and preventative maintenance
