Residential Property Manager (Block)
Salary: Up to £47,000
Location: West London
I am working for a unique and successful chartered surveyors based in West London, who are looking for an experienced residential block manager with strong leasehold experience to join the department and manage their own portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
Looking after a portfolio of ~30 buildings varying in size across West & London
Maintenance of the buildings and communal areas
Liaising with contractors regarding maintenance and major works
Site visits to ensure good building condition
Managing onsite staff, including concierge, cleaners and maintenance
Maintaining health and safety regulations and legislation
Producing and managing service charge budgets across the portfolio
Key skills required:
Significant experience managing high end properties
IRPM Qualification (preferred but not essential)
Strong customer service and attention to detail
Extensive knowledge of the section 20 process and dealing with major works projects
Strong budgeting and financial management experience
