The business are renowned within the industry, and on course for another year of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Management of a portfolio ranging from 300 - 400 units, across c. 12 blocks
Setting the service charge budgets
Arranging and running AGM's
Leading full Section 20 processes
Key liaison with multiple key stakeholders
