Property Sales Executive (New Homes)

Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable company as a New Homes Sales Consultant working on a high-spec, contemporary, apartment development in Manchester.

Responsibilities

  • Providing a first-class experience to all clients

  • Meeting and greeting potential purchasers

  • Proactive and reactive response to new enquiries, and following up all sales enquiries

  • Organising purchaser files and collating all relevant money laundering documents as appropriate

  • External research and knowledge of competitor sites

  • Liaising with both the developer and purchaser solicitors

  • Contract chasing through to exchange of contracts and completion within prescribed timescales

  • Working towards individual sales targets

  • Providing regular sales reporting to all stakeholders

  • Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with clients and colleagues

Requirements

  • Experience in property sales is desirable

  • Proven track record of successful sales and of delivering high-quality customer service

  • The ability to develop strong client relationships

  • Understanding of the legal conveyancing process

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven administration and organisational skills

  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook

  • Excellent telephone and e-mail manner accompanied by strong interpersonal skills to deal with a wide variety of people and clients

  • Ability to prioritise workload with an attention to detail

  • A team player with a confident and proactive approach to work

  • Showing initiative and acting and responding appropriately

Hours and Salary

  • Tuesday - Saturday

  • 10am - 5pm

  • Up to £45,000 DOE

  • Commission per plot

  • Quarterly target bonuses
