Cobalt has partnered with one of the largest Real Estate consultancies on an exclusive basis to assist with the delivery of several key hires across an important expansion within their Global Occupier Services team.

The role of Quality/Process Auditor is integral to the process audits that cover the Integrated Portfolio Management services delivered across the EMEA

Within this role you will be responsible for the identifying improvement opportunities, trends and process/quality gaps. You will need to be confident and direct in liaising with key operational stakeholders and ensure that improvements are identified and implemented in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help maintain continuous improvement in world-class services by driving consistency and quality in all aspects of service delivery.

  • Monitor compliance with processes and controls by examining and analysing records, reports, operating practices, and documentation.

  • Provide relevant stakeholders with feedback and support arising from audit findings.

  • Ensure process knowledge is up to date and handling of contract services is in line with defined standards and processes.

  • Analyse audit outcomes to ensure that trends and improvement opportunities are identified and actioned.

  • Liaise with process development and training teams to identify improvement actions needed to ensure service delivery teams are appropriately supported.

  • Support process components of escalated complaint analysis, including feedback to stakeholders involved identifying issues in performance or process.

Requirements

  • Understanding/experience in making recommendations for best practice and process management.

  • Possess good confidence and communication skills to interact with multiple stakeholders.

  • Process driven and appreciate the importance of effective controls.

  • IT literate to include intermediate / advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

  • Desirable to have had experience in outsourced real estate service provision and/or process auditing in a professional services environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Excellent time management/multitasking skills.

  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.

  • Places a priority on developing own knowledge and skills.

  • Be able to demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail.
