An extremely impressive and well funded Residential Investment and Development business has an immediate opportunity for a Real Estate Analyst in Manchester who can offer excellent academic credentials in Property, Development or Finance.
Applications will be considered from candidates with approximately 3-5 years experience in the Real Estate sector and either Residential or Commercial Valuation and Appraisal experience . You must be able to offer excellent cash flow modelling, data management and reporting skills with experience of both traditional Valuation and DCF techniques. Outstanding IT skills are essential with a particular emphasis on Excel, Word and Power Point to present and report accurate data as required.
Previous experience in Consultancy or Real Estate Research would be ideal but if you can demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills as well a keen interest in this exciting sector as the Group extends their portfolio nationally this is the perfect career move into a client-side role.
