From day one you will have the opportunity to be involved with the team in all aspects of managing a substantial commercial property portfolio and gain valuable skills in tenant liaison, property asset management and rent review/lease renewal negotiations. Full APC support is available to lead to MRICS membership.

To apply for this role you must have completed or be in the final year of a degree in Real Estate, ideally with a placement year or previous internship/work experience in the commercial sector. Ideally you will be able to offer excellent report writing and analysis skills and seeking a new challenge. A full driving licence is preferable for this position.
