The opportunity

Cobalt once again is delighted to be partnering with a well-respected provider of software, data solutions, and independent advisory services to the global commercial real estate industry. Due to client growth and demand within the market, they are looking for an Implementation Consultant to support client needs. The Consultant will work side-by-side with new and existing clients to design business processes that will enable and drive engagement with our solutions.

Role Responsibilities

• You will develop a deep and broad understanding of client's needs and requirements in a consultative manner

• Develop and manage strong business relationships with senior executives at customer organisations

• You will drive data integration, workflow, valuations, and development. Analyse and prepare sample data and reports to support client requirements

• Execute project plans and task activities with time and budget constraints

• Capture business requirements for functional operations and data migration activities

• Take the lead on System testing and deployment, along with delivering system training to key stakeholders with external clients

Role Requirements

• Must be familiar with MRI, Yardi, or other Property Management Software

• Have a strong working knowledge of international real estate funds

• You have strong problem-solving skills including an ability to think 'on your feet' when faced with challenging questions

• Proficiency with the MS Office with expertise in Excel and cash flow modelling techniques

• Comfort with face-to-face, virtual, one-on-one, small, and large presentations, formal and informal sessions

• Desirable to have worked on multinational projects
