Receptionist/Front of House

Birmingham City Centre

This role is based in a prestigious commercial office building in the city centre. The purpose of the role is to deliver first-class customer service to all building guests and tenants. This role will report into the building manager.

Role

  • To provide an effective and efficient reception and administrative support service.

  • To support the General/Facilities Manager(s) in respect of building maintenance, tenant liaison, health and safety, facilities/helpdesk coordination and ad hoc tasks.

  • Minute-taking and typing of notes.

  • Compiling and sending out waste and recycling reports for tenants.

  • Assisting with building checks, vacant floor checks.

  • Updating meter readings and distributing to the relevant tenants and accounts department.

  • Assisting the GM with filing, paperwork and general office duties as required.

  • Sort and distribute internal post.

  • Dealing with deliveries.

Skills/Experience

  • Experience within a similar role

  • Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel knowledge

  • Excellent customer service skills
