Receptionist/Front of House
Birmingham City Centre
This role is based in a prestigious commercial office building in the city centre. The purpose of the role is to deliver first-class customer service to all building guests and tenants. This role will report into the building manager.
To provide an effective and efficient reception and administrative support service.
To support the General/Facilities Manager(s) in respect of building maintenance, tenant liaison, health and safety, facilities/helpdesk coordination and ad hoc tasks.
Minute-taking and typing of notes.
Compiling and sending out waste and recycling reports for tenants.
Assisting with building checks, vacant floor checks.
Updating meter readings and distributing to the relevant tenants and accounts department.
Assisting the GM with filing, paperwork and general office duties as required.
Sort and distribute internal post.
Dealing with deliveries.
Experience within a similar role
Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel knowledge
Excellent customer service skills
