Regional Area Manager - Build to Rent

Salary: Up to £70,000 DOE + Discretionary bonus (up to 20%)

Location: Central London

Cobalt are extremely excited to be partnering with a leading Build to Rent operator, who have had an opening within their operational team, and are now looking to hire a senior BTR professional to have the oversight of their ever-expanding UK portfolio.

This role would be to head up the management of a large number of sites across London and the wider regions, directly responsible for the performance of the sites and managing the GMs at each development.

Successful candidates will have a proven track record in operations/leadership, and a strong knowledge of the BTR and PBSA markets. Applicants without exposure to these sectors will not be considered.

Key responsibilities include:

• Strategic operational planning, working alongside senior management

• Management of performance of the site teams and developments in general

• Management of the relations between the business and their stakeholders eg residents, contractors, partners

• Ensuring compliance across all sites

• P&L responsibility

• Oversight of the leasing up, resident retention strategies, and management of stabilised assets
