Regional Facilities Manager

Cobalt Recruitment is seeking an immediately available Regional Facilities Manager to join one of the UK's leading property development businesses. This home-based role will see you join their team on a fixed-term contract basis, providing total facilities management across a portfolio of residential developments in the Manchester, Liverpool, and Leeds areas.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Operational management of your portfolio;
  • Ensuring H&S compliance in maintained throughout the developments;
  • Monitoring of budgets and costs;
  • Contractor management for hard and soft services;
  • Undertaking site inspections periodically.

This is a home-based role offering plenty of flexibility to the successful applicant. As this role covers a portfolio, it is essential that you hold a UK Drivers Licence and have access to your own vehicle. Understanding of the principles behind managing entire buildings is essential, as is an IOSH qualification. Equally importantly will be your proactive, service-orientated approach to FM which will see you integrate well into a team of like-minded individuals easily.
