Regional Facilities Manager

Cobalt is working alongside an innovative industry disruptor of the FM world who, following on from winning a substantial amount of new business, is seeking a Regional FM to take ownership of a portfolio of around 10 industrial sites in London and the Southern Home Counties. Managing a variety of properties full of character with plenty of active investment planned, this is an opportunity to take on a unique role with plenty of opportunity for further progression.

  • Providing a comprehensive total FM service throughout the portfolio

  • Set and manage service charge budgets

  • Oversee all Health & Safety regulations, keeping up with statuary compliance logging all issue on relevant IT databases

  • Autonomy and control over your own diary management with flexible working from home.

  • Manage all hard and soft services over a mix-use portfolio

  • Overseeing a comprehensive planned maintenance programme for the building fabric and plant within each property.

Our client is looking for an ambitious and proactive facilities manager who is looking to join a company for the long term. The successful candidate will be detail orientated , diligent and passionate about their work. They are looking for a well-established industry professional with notable experience in facilities management, specifically working with a previous industrial portfolio. The right person will be preferably IOSH qualified, as well as a knowledge and understanding of managing budgets. It is essential that you hold a valid UK drivers licence and have access to your own vehicle.
