Regional Facilities Manager - JN73686

Cobalt is working with a prestigious property business with a longstanding track record in managing high-end commercial real estate across the globe. Our client has been investing heavily in Midlands, which has seen them winning business off of their competitors and growing significantly despite the pandemic - hence the need for a new regional facilities manager to join the team.

You will take ownership of a portfolio of circa commercial, retail, and industrial properties across the Midlands, with Birmingham as the central hub, in a home-based role with full flexibility over your diary.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the hard and soft service provision throughout the portfolio;

  • Conducting regular site inspections;

  • Managing the work of outsourced suppliers in-line with service level agreements and KPI's, including assisting with wider procurement initiatives;

  • Setting and managing service charge budgets for the portfolio;

  • Ensuring a comprehensive maintenance programme is in place to cover planned and reactive works to both building plant and fabric;

  • Ensuring health & safety compliance throughout the portfolio, maintaining the ISO 45001 objectives;

  • Building lasting professional relationships with key stakeholders - especially tenant representatives.

As a mobile role across the West Midlands, it is essential that you possess a full UK drivers licence and have access to your own vehicle. Our client is looking for someone with an established record in managing a multi-site portfolio of properties, ideally for a managing agent or property owner/developer, whilst an IOSH qualification is seen as essential.
