Regional Head of Facilities Management

Cobalt has partnered with one of the UK's fastest-growing names in UK Real Estate, as they look to expand their senior management team across the North. As a result of their industry success, our client is seeking to hire a strategic Regional Director to lead the central facilities team across a diverse portfolio of vibrant commercial, industrial and residential properties.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a team of Senior Facilities, Procurement and Technical Service Managers, acting as a point of escalation where necessary.

  • Developing the wider facilities team within your portfolio.

  • Exploring new opportunities to improve on service delivery to tenants and clients.

  • Provide regional site service charge budgets ensuring they meet with our clients requirements.

  • Exploring new opportunities to improve on service delivery to tenants and clients.

  • Evaluating facilities procedures and systems and innovating where possible in order to nurture a first class facilities provision within the portfolio.

Due to the seniority of this position, it is essential to bring a strong track record of managing a diverse portfolio of multi-let office buildings, along with excellent leadership qualities where you have previously implemented processes and procedures into facilities teams. This must be backed with industry qualifications including IOSH/NEBOSH and IWFM memberships. Must have a wealth of industry knowledge in enhanced property management within the real estate sector, in order to take on a role that challenges you to be the best in your industry and rewards you for your efforts.
