Resident liaison officer

£40,000

24-month FTC

Southwest London

My client are looking for a resident liaison officer to provide support and information to leaseholders whose homes are affected by a cladding remediation project. You will have the opportunity to work on a high-end development where you will be working closely with the project manager and be the first point of contact for residents.

Key responsibilities;

  • To attend daily meetings to understand areas of work and maintain constant feedback with Managers.

  • Offer information, advice and assistance to residents and leaseholders throughout the project.

  • To produce weekly progress reports for residents and leaseholders.

  • Ensure that insurance claims and other claims submitted by residents are processed efficiently.

  • Undertake resident satisfaction surveys following the completion of the project, including a full analysis of the results.

  • To recognise when feedback or requests from residents cannot be actioned and how to best communicate this to ensure a satisfactory outcome

Key skills;

  • Enthusiastic about working in a customer services environment.

  • Knowledge of health and safety matters.

  • Ability work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.

  • Knowledge of the construction industry and site operations

  • Ability to create simple spreadsheets, and update more complex ones

  • Ability to do mail merges and issue communications to residents
