Cobalt is working alongside a market leader in real estate on a Residential Regional Facilities Manager role, initially on a 6-month FTC.
Due to growth in their portfolio they are seeking someone immediately available to manage a portfolio of circa 2000 units across approximately 10-12 developments in the Central London and the Home Counties area.
This is a position which could be extended but it is initially a great brand to get your foot on the ladder with in managing high-end developments.
Key responsibilities will include;
Managing the total FM provision across a portfolio of residential apartment blocks in London;
Working in conjunction with the Block Management team to ensure a high standard of property service in delivered;
Setting and managing service charge budgets;
Managing external contractors for both hard and soft service provision;
Ensuring full H&S compliance throughout the portfolio;
Ensuring a comprehensive maintenance program is in place, covering planned and reactive works to building fabric and plant.
Our client is looking for an established Residential RFM from a background managing multiple properties within the residential sector, whilst supporting that experience with an IOSH or a NEBOSH qualification, and in-depth experience in tendering both soft and hard FM services.
Due to the location of the portfolio it is essential that you have a full UK Drivers Licence.
