Location: England (office in London)
Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum

My client is an independently owned, London-based surveying practice specialising predominately within residential property services conducting private client work for high value properties.

In spite of their growing workload and services they are currently on the search for Residential Surveyors to join this expansion.

This client is searching throughout London and surrounding counties including Essex, Surrey and Kent.

The suitable candidate could be from any level of seniority with a minimum of being close to qualifying, and will have some previous experience with residential valuation work and conducting RICS Surveys (including levels 1, 2 and 3). Also, dependant on experience this role has the opportunity to progress to director level or if you are lesser experienced this firm has the facilities to provide specialised training.
This surveying practice is offering the following alongside the strong base salary:
