Residential Surveyor

Are you a Residential Surveyor located in East Anglia or surrounding areas?

Cobalt Recruitment is pleased to be representing a reputable Norwich based independent estate agency services firm who have been established for over 100 years. With 25 plus surveyors across East Anglia and surrounding areas, they carry out a large amount of private local work backed up by panel and corporate work. Depending on your experience and preferences there is a variety of work that comes through their plethora of contacts including land valuations and expert witness reports. Work will predominantly be homebuyers, condition reports, mortgage valuations and building surveys depending on your preference and experience.

They have a very much family feel with their team, you get the feeling that is not all just about the numbers. They have their own admin/booking team to take care of the administration side of the job freeing up time for the surveyors. They understand some surveyors wish to do four points per day and some wish to do seven, either way should you be a good fit they will do their best to accommodate individual preferences.

Benefits -

• Basic Salary - £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience and location

• Car Allowance £4,500 per annum

• Commission of 8 - 10% of net billings flat, payed monthly (no threshold or sliding scales) -commission also paid on any business that you refer that crosses departments

• Use of the etec system, ongiong support and technology devices to assit you with job

• Payment of any subscription fees and pension scheme

• Payment of private healthcare

• Monthly breakfast meetings with your area manager

Requirements -

• AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS, you will also be a registered valuer

• Drivers licence

• Relevant experience with carrying out mortgage valuations, homebuyers or building surveys
