Retail Asset Manager

A prestigious global real estate developer is currently seeking a part-time Retail Asset Manager to join their team based in London

The role will focus on the strategic asset management and leasing of one of their development sites with a strong emphasis on local community and independent retail occupiers.

Key Retail Asset Manager responsibilities:

• Deliver the overall retail vision and set, monitor and ensure financial performance is achieved.

• Prepare Retail Asset Business Plans to support and grow the long-term value of the Estate.

• Update forecasts on a quarterly basis.

• Monitor retail trends, issues and opportunities as well as identifying any threats.

• Keep stakeholders informed of any updates to the Retail Vision of the Estate.

• Create and supervise the delivery of sustainability and socio-economic targets and initiatives to enhance asset performance.

• Support on leasing transactions (lease renewals, re-gears and rent reviews).

• Supervise asset performance through managing and maintain relationships with third party operating partners.

This role will be either 3-4 days a week depending on the individual.

Salary is from £50,000 - £75,000 per annum plus car allowance, pension and private health-care.

Office is based in Central London.
