Retail Property Manager - JN-73727

We are representing a major UK Real Estate business who have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join their specialist in house team. This role offers real responsibility for providing an efficient management service to occupiers across a UK wide retail portfolio.

Ideally candidates will be MRICS qualified or have relevant industry experience, with strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills. Day to day responsibilities will include managing and overseeing current tenants, preparing and managing service charge budgets and collaborating on project and contract management.

All applicants must be self starters and be able to work successfully both independently and as part of a wider team. IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications are also desirable.
