Roving Facilities Manager - JN73367

Cobalt is seeking a remote Roving Facilities Manager/Assistant Facilities Manager looking to step-up to manage a portfolio of 12 commercial buildings in the London area, where the portfolio can be tailored to living location.

Initially this will be on a 6-month FTC with a view to potentially go permanent, so this is a brilliant opportunity to get your foot in the door with a global leader in real estate and further your experience in managing commercial real estate assets.

Responsibilities for the role:

  • Carrying out site inspections to ensure that the buildings are compliant with H&S/FRA regulations.

  • Building a good relationship with the tenants.

  • Service charge budgeting/reconciliation.

  • Contractor and on-site staff management.

  • Contract procurement & tender.

Requirements for the role:

  • Experience carrying out site inspections.

  • Experience with assisting/managing commercial buildings.

  • Experience/exposure to service charge budgeting.

  • Contractor management.
