£21,000 plus commission


My client are a leading real estate investment company who are currently recruiting for a sales and lettings administrator to join the team. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is looking to pursue a career within sales or Lettings.

This position will require you to work closely with the property management team ensuring the smooth transition for new tenancies as well as organising and managing the office reception desk and supporting with office needs. This position is a key role within the business to ensure a smooth client journey.

Key responsibilities;

  • Creating new tenancies and maintaining data on software system

  • Conducting tenant referencing and drafting tenancy documentation

  • Liaise with contractors to allow access for works/furniture/cleaning

  • Being the first point of contact for answering phone calls and greeting office visitors

  • Management and distribution of property enquiries between Sales and Lettings consultants
