Are you looking to kick start your career within the property industry? Do you have a passion for customer service and interest in Sales and lettings?
We are currently working with a very well-established London Estate Agents who are looking for a Sales & Lettings consultant to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Able to stay organized and have excellent time keeping skills, managing diary while following up on administrative tasks.
Ensure property viewings are booked in a timely manner, following up on prospective tenants and buyers.
Following up on queries via phone or email in a time effective manner
Advertising on property portals
Provide specialist market knowledge on trends and advise rents and resale values.
Updating the CRM system, in line with business requirements
Ensure all compliance and documentation is always kept up to date with safety regulations.
Ability to problem solve and apply out of the box thinking.
Negotiate the best possible outcomes for both parties to ensure a smooth and positive transaction.
Personal Specification:
High level of customer service excellence, able to deliver and communicate effectively with prospective buyers, tenants, and sellers.
Excellent time management and diary organisation skills.
Strong attention towards detail
Professional and well-presented individual, with a proactive working approach
Diligent and vibrant personality, with a willingness to learn and develop within their career.
Active team player, ability to contribute to the wider team and willing to help when required
IT literate, experience previously using Word and Excel
