This start-up company is a forward-thinking prop tech/data driven property sourcing service. Under another parent company, they also have an online estate agency/property management company and another organisation who deal with property renovations.

They are seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to help commercially drive their business forward. You will work with their newly established property investment and management company. The role will consist of researching and developing marketing opportunities and implementing new sales plans. Design sales/marketing materials then interface with prospective customers, explain our services, and convert them into paid customers.

Role;

• Implementation of sales plans

• Managing junior staff to ensure KPI's are met

• Optimise websites for lead generation

• Create processes for capturing prospective client information into our CRM

• Creating processes for following them up with HubSpot CRM and closing deals with them.

• Process for efficient transfer of Information to our Operations Software.

• Quality Assurance of processes and forms when a client goes through a customer journey.

Skills/Experience;

• Someone with initiative, drive, and problem solving, who can build solutions for servicing our clients.

• Can work independently without direct supervision for the majority of the time.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Technology savvy; Experience with Google Drive, Asana, HubSpot, Notion or LastPass.

• Experience with graphical design and website customisation.

• Familiarity with the property industry.
