£75,000 - £85,000 per annum
Hybrid working, 9am - 5:30pm contracted hours
We're partnering with a forward-thinking property management firm that is looking to add a new member to their established team for a newly created role. This position is ideal for an experienced real estate professional, preferably with a background in the Build-to-Rent sector, who can collaborate with the leasing teams across all their UK sites to manage occupancy and revenue.
If you have expertise in pricing strategies, revenue management, and the real estate industry, this role is a great fit for you. You will be required to visit various sites to work closely with the leasing teams, but you will be based in their contemporary London office, located a short walk from Oxford Street.
Duties:
Develop and execute comprehensive pricing strategies, including pricing models, to maximise rental income and adjust rates in real-time based on market conditions, demand, and seasonal trends.
Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to ensure competitive positioning, profitability, and informed data-driven pricing decisions.
Utilise advanced data analysis and demand forecasting techniques to predict demand fluctuations, optimise market mix, and refine strategies for revenue growth.
Design and conduct training programs for team members on leasing, revenue management, and industry best practices.
Monitor and evaluate pricing forecasts, adjusting strategies proactively to maintain accuracy and mitigate potential losses.
Collaborate with property management, marketing, and leasing teams to ensure alignment on pricing and revenue strategies and communicate decisions clearly to all stakeholders.
Manage relationships with agents, including onboarding, performance management, reporting, and budget allocation, ensuring effective operations and marketing efforts.
Gather and analyse resident feedback, market surveys, and customer reviews to understand preferences and refine pricing strategies and service offerings.
Support the development of annual budgets with data-backed revenue projections and monitor financial performance to ensure goals are met.
Person Specification:
Demonstrated expertise in revenue management, pricing strategy, or similar positions within the Build to Rent, real estate, or hospitality sectors.
In-depth understanding of local property markets and trends in the rental industry.
Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
