The Role:

  • Spend quality time with each applicant to qualify, arrange and conduct viewings.

  • Converting Enquiries into Market Appraisals.

  • Uploading new properties onto the portals and matching out to your client base.

  • Provide feedback to Vendors after each viewing and advising on price reductions, improvements, etc.

  • Sending out offer forms and negotiating terms with your buyers.

  • Booking in Photos for new instructions and taking videos of properties

  • Arranging for our to Board's to be erected and removed.

  • Participate in constructive morning meetings

  • Canvasing and prospecting new business.

  • Delivering incredible Service and achieving 5 Star Google Reviews.

  • Responsible for social media posts of properties and success stories.

  • Progressing your own deals weekly and updating clients frequently.

  • Organizing Keys, Champagne/Hampers, Card for new vendors to collect.

  • Doing Appraisals with Directors.

  • Managing your own diary and making sure we are helping you to be as efficient as possible

You will be:
