Sales Negotiator - Prime West London
Salary: £20,000 plus commission
One of London's leading estate agencies is looking for promising property sales professionals to join their team.
Our client is looking to speak with confident, highly motivated and driven negotiators with a demonstrated history of property sales success.
This position will report to the Branch Director in one of the companies most successful offices in the city.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Effective communication towards potential buyers and landlords
- Conducting viewings and demonstrating excellent property knowledge
- Consultative selling to help home buyers secure their dream property
- Negotiating offers and progressing the sale
- Maintaining exceptional customer services throughout the sale
