A leading independent estate agency is looking for a Sales Executive to join one of their successful, high performing branches in Esher.
Reporting to the Head of Office you will play a key part in helping buyers find the right property and supporting them in the sales process from initial marketing stages through to their final move-in day.
Role
Obtaining instructions and providing a service tailored to individual requirements
Developing and nurturing relationships with existing clients and other stakeholders
Working closely with clients and the rest of the team to secure future instructions/ business
Sourcing, pitching for and securing new business through developing relationships with all stakeholders
Maintaining a network of both internal and external contacts and make use of these to gain new business opportunities
Providing informed advice and expertise to clients and your team
Working towards individual and team targets and contribute to the formulation of business strategies
Maintaining team standards and complying with company policies and external regulations
Requirements
Highly motivated individual with a proven track record of exceeding targets
Dedication to providing exceptional customer service whilst maintaining the confidentiality of clients
Experience in dealing with properties of up to £1.5mil in value
Knowledge of the local area, as well as the wider property market
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
Strong organisation and time management skills
