Sales Progressor

Successful, well-respected independent agency based in North London need an experienced Sales Progressor to join their established, energetic team. If you have the property sales experience to hit the ground running and the desire to learn and grow within a fantastic culture of continuous development, this role is for you.

This is a great opportunity for a current Sales Progressor, Senior Negotiator or Sales Manager who wants to focus on completions and work Mon-Fri.

The Role:

  • Progressing agreed sales through to completion

  • Managing multiple deal files

  • Overseeing the legal documentation, surveys, queries and general admin of sales progression

  • Managing relationships with all parties including buyers, solicitors, surveyors and finance companies

  • Ensuring smooth and timely completions

You Will Be:

  • A minimum of 1 years sales progression experience

  • Previous experience with an Estate Agency

  • Excellent organisational and decision-making skills

  • Confident and professional telephone manner

  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • In-depth knowledge of conveyancing process

  • Confident managing high volumes of transactions

  • Experienced in dealing with solicitors and the nuances of working well with them

  • High level of attention to detail

  • Driven and proactive and not afraid to urge speed and set deadline deadlines where needed
