Salary: £35,000-£40,000

Location: Surrey

Are you looking to take a step up in your block management career and assume more responsibility in your role?

I am working for a unique and successful managing agent based in Surrey, who are looking for an experienced senior property manager with strong block management knowledge to help lead the department and provide guidance to junior team members, whilst managing their own portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a portfolio of ~30 buildings varying in size across Surrey & SW London
• Maintenance of the buildings and communal areas
• Liaising with contractors regarding maintenance and major works
• Site visits to ensure good building condition
• Managing on-site staff, including concierge, cleaners and maintenance
• Maintaining health and safety regulations and legislation
• Producing and managing service charge budgets across the portfolio

Key skills required:

• Significant experience managing high end properties
• IRPM Qualification
• Strong customer service and attention to detail
• Extensive knowledge of the section 20 process and dealing with major works projects
• Strong budgeting and financial management experience
