Client-side Senior Building Surveyor - London - 12 month FTC

Salary up to £80,000 per annum.

Cobalt has the pleasure of working exclusively with one of the UK's top Landed Estates that owns, manages and develops £14.1bn worth of assets across the commercial, residential, retail, mixed-use and rural sectors. With an impressive portfolio across London that stretches 10m sqft, our client is looking to grow their team through the hire of a senior level, Building Surveyor to be part of the team in the management of occupied and vacant properties as well as dilapidations and the refurbishment programme across the estate.

You will be responsible for PPM and fabric strategy and management, Project Management of works valued from £100,000 to £2 million, H&S, as well as overseeing dilapidations reports, licence to alter, contractor and supplier management, party wall awards, feasibility studies and schedules of condition. You will also support capital project teams in the delivery of new schemes.

You will be part of a close-knit team working to deliver the property strategy of an impressive Landed Estate. You will need to be driven and have the ability to multi-task to help the business achieve their goals.

Building Surveying Requirements:

• Degree qualified.

• MRICS ideal

• Experience working for a developer or leading consultancy within a commercial remit in the Central London market
